Pleasure endurance
Staying present inside rising arousal instead of being rushed to its end. Breath and stillness let pleasure build, hold and deepen, so intimacy can last as long as you choose.
For singles and couples
Sexual energy is the most potent current the body carries. Most of us either spend it without thought or spend our lives being pushed around by it. Sexual yoga is the third way: learning to hold that charge, circulate it, and let it refine you.
What the practice builds
Staying present inside rising arousal instead of being rushed to its end. Breath and stillness let pleasure build, hold and deepen, so intimacy can last as long as you choose.
Pleasure is not meant to stay in one place. These practices teach energy to move up the spine and through the whole body, so sensation becomes something you feel everywhere.
Building resistance to feeling controlled by sexual desire. Desire becomes a force you can feel fully and direct with intention, rather than one that decides for you.
How the primer unfolds
Retention begins in the lungs. Learning to hold and release the breath teaches the whole principle in a minute, with nothing to believe and nothing to expose.
Posture, steadiness and attention. A regulated nervous system is the ground pleasure is built on. Anxiety is not sexy, and it is the first thing to clear.
Moving energy through the subtle body: from the base of the spine to the crown, the path the yogic tradition calls the rising of kundalini.
Sexual retention and circulation, alone or with a partner. Desire held, not denied, and banked rather than spent.
Who it is for
Your energy is yours before it is anyone else’s. Practiced alone, sexual yoga builds self-possession, steadies the nervous system and turns desire into vitality, presence and creative power.
Shared practice deepens connection. Partners learn to breathe together, slow down, extend pleasure and meet each other in a charge neither could hold alone, discovering the pleasure of healing together.
Results come with practice, not belief.
The esoteric frame is here for those who want it. The techniques work on the body either way.
